I AM NOT A TYPICAL REALTOR.
I come from an extensive background of property investment in Metro Vancouver. Since 2006 I have personally purchased and sold numerous properties including 5 houses, multiple condos, one townhome, and a Yaletown penthouse. Most of these properties went through “down to the studs” renovations bringing them to their highest and best use to generate maximum value.
I practice what I preach, and I have learned countless lessons about strategy, timing and hard work along the way.
Through the years I have also owned 2 staging companies which evolved from a steady stream of preparing my clients’ and my own properties for sale. My motto is “make buyers fall in love”, and my listings consistently receive higher priced offers than the competition.

My parents immigrated to Vancouver from Ireland in the 1970’s, settling in Kitsilano. As I grew up they established a number of Irish bars including the famous ‘Blarney Stone’ Pub in Gastown, which still exists today.
I have lived on the West Side of Vancouver, North Vancouver, East Vancouver, South Vancouver, and currently reside in the up-and-coming Main Street neighbourhood. I have a deep connection with the Lower Mainland, and a comprehensive knowledge of the character, history and property values of almost every neighbourhood in the Metro Vancouver area.Real estate is my passion, and I feel very fortunate for the opportunity to help guide sellers through the sales process or help buyers find the perfect home.
